This specific Crash Champions shop did an amazing job repairing my vehicle. They got parts ordered immediately and fixed up the car in just 2 days after getting all parts. I was moving out of state and let them know I need it done quick and they did it exactly by the date I requested, complete professionals! Highly recommend this repair shop!
Another note, I did originally get my car towed through Crash Champions, but that goes through the Crash Champions corporate chain stuff and not directly through the shop. They took too long to get a tow so I got AAA to tow it for me within a couple hours of calling. Don't get a tow from Crash Champions, but this West Henrietta shop did a great job with repairs so seek outside towing to here.
Service King in Henrietta is amazing. I have never felt so good about an auto service - they fixed and CLEANED my car as a curiosity and were 9 days early on the estimate time my car would be ready - they were so friendly and helpful every step of the way. I would choose this company time and time again. I would also recommend them to everyone who needs anything serviced on their vehicles thank you all so much at this location.

I just picked my car up from this location after having repairs done after someone backed into my car, they did a fantastic job and in a timely manner as well, I couldn’t be more pleased with them. I would recommend them if anyone asks me where they should go for repairs. Derek was awesome and kept me in the loop the entire time my car was there. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. Their customer service is great. I would come here again for any other services if needed. Thank you for fixing my car and making it look brand new again and for vacuuming the inside. Lacked transparency when caring for my car. When asked questions, although they had the answers, they were not upfront and honest about issues with my car. When I came to pay for my car, nobody expressed that you couldn't use cash. They wanted to run my card more than once for the same transaction. Their practices are shady and leave you not trusting them. I'd never recommend or go to them. Firestone handled my car with care and was honest and upfront regarding everything.
